Up until when can exhibitors book stand space for Stainless 2009?

There are no deadlines for registration. Bookings can however only be taken if there is still sufficient time to ensure stand construction.

Up until when can visitors to the exhibition and conference register?

Visitors can register in advance on the internet until April 3, 2009. Pre-registration simplifies entry - in addition pre-registered visitors receive a 50% discount on the CZK 100 admission fee. This is payable at the counter in the admission hall.



When will the hall plan be available for exhibitors?

The floor plan is expected to be published on the internet by the end of January 2009.



How can exhibitors influence the allocation of stands?

BVV and Focus Rostfrei allot stands following receipt of the registration documentation. Special requirements can of course be accommodated. Exhibitors with special positioning requirements should direct their enquiry to info@focus-rostfrei.com. The closer to the event, the more difficult it becomes to accommodate individual stand requirements.



How and where can exhibitors book additional hotel rooms?

Exhibitors can book additional hotel rooms with the “ACCOMMODATION” form which was sent with the stand confirmation by BVV/Brno.



How and where can visitors book hotel rooms?

Visitors should book their own hotel rooms. Available hotels can be found here.
